POLICY FOR ALL CLIENTS AND FAMILY MEMBERS
Deposits:
- A deposit of $15 to $25 is required for all styles and services upon booking.
- Deposits can be made using Cash, Venmo, or Apple Pay ($2 fee applies).
- Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total.
- Failure to provide a deposit will result in the inability to secure an appointment.
- Deposits can be applied to a future appointment if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- A $15 cancellation fee applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, with exceptions granted for valid reasons communicated in advance.
Late Policy:
- A $10 late fee will be charged for appointments delayed by more than 10 minutes.
- Appointments may be canceled if the client is more than 20 minutes late unless prior notification is provided.
- Clients are expected to notify the stylist of any anticipated lateness at least 15-20 minutes before the appointment.
Booking Procedures:
- Appointments must be booked exclusively through the official hair page.
- Prices and services are listed on the hair page, with exceptions noted for special deals.
- Clients are expected to arrive with clean, detangled, and blow-dried hair. Services will be refused for unclean or tangled hair.
Appointment Etiquette:
- Clients should inform the stylist if booking on behalf of someone else to avoid cancellation.
- Children are permitted at appointments but must not disrupt the stylist's work. Parents are responsible for any damage caused by their children.
- Light refreshments are provided, and clients are expected to dispose of their trash responsibly.
- Clients are offered up to three 15-minute breaks during appointments for relaxation.
Transportation and Environmental Courtesy:
- Clients relying on transportation are advised to inform the stylist to coordinate timing.
- Clients are prohibited from littering in the parking lot or surrounding area. Violation of this rule may result in denied services.
Communication and Feedback:
- Allow 2-4 days for management to respond to any concerns or inquiries.
- Clients are encouraged to contact JayMoe’s Creations LLC with any issues after a scheduled appointment.
Management Availability:
- Understand that responses may be delayed due to serving clients or attending to personal matters.
- An automated message will be sent if the stylist is unavailable due to serving a client or handling personal matters.
